Welcome to my page!
I've been baking bread and other baked goods for over 35 years, and it's become my life's love. Creating many unique flavors and styles has been an exciting adventure, and it's a never-ending process of discovery that intrigues and delights me.

Though I don't have a storefront, if you're in central or southern Maine you can find my goods at the Cumberland Farmers Market on Saturdays, or come see me at the Lewiston Farmers Market on Sundays from mid May until the end of October. Winter markets are also happening - see the Farmers' Market tab for more information.

Modern grocery-store bread is a mere bookend for meat or fillings. Throughout history, bread has been an important part of everyday eating. Meals were made of a piece of meat, a slab of cheese, and a hunk of bread. My bread is meant to be eaten that way, by the slab or hunk, shared with friends in the breaking of bread, toasted with butter or honey, or enjoyed plain to savour its individuality. Experience these loaves in the spirit in which they were
created – with bare hands and a love for hunger.
